*Note: Northern Lights Festival wristband (either green or purple) must be worn by the attendee to enter the concerts, if it has been cut, or removed it will be invalid, no exceptions made, and attendee will be charged $30 to get into the Phoenix Theatre and Elks Lodge concerts.
